A widow, Mrs Ofonime Harrison, whose home was brought down by a turbulent wind recently at Ikot Ekpene Road, Uyo, is about to smile again as the Wife of the Gov of Akwa Ibom State, Her Excellency, Mrs Martha Udom Emmanuel is set to handover a new building to her.
