On behalf of the Management and Staff of Bulletin Construction Company, I felicitate Her Excellency, Dr. Martha Udom Emmanuel, on her well deserved conferment of the First Lady of the Year (National) in Social Welfare and Justice for Women, and First Lady of the Year (South- South) in Education Empowerment (Girl Child) Awards.
Your Excellency, in the last six years, you have been an advocate of social justice for the women, children and a pathfinder of many homes and families.
This, you have done nobly through your pet project initiative, Family Empowerment and Youth Re-orientation Programme (FEYReP), which has been a catalyst to solving humongous social problems in Akwa Ibom State.
The emancipation, and adoption of the 30% inclusion of women in the scheme of political and social activities in the State is yet another gigantic feat recorded under your watch as the First Lady of the State.
May God give you the Grace and enablement to continually serve the State and humanity at large.
