Honorable (Elder) Johnny Udofot Johnny, Senior Personal Assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel today joined members of Mount Olive Apostolic Church, Awa Iman, ONNA LGA where he and his family with friends who joined him held a special thanksgiving service where to return glory to God for the preservation of his and that of his family.
Hon. Johnny specially thanked God for sparing his life during the ghastly motor accident which was fatal yet God safe him. He also eulogize God’s faithfulness in his family and that of his boss, Governor Udom Emmanuel.
“Let me specifically return gratitude to God for the success at the just concluded poll which was adjudge the most freest election so far conducted in the state which lives were not lost as people had earlier speculated”… he added.
As a mark of appreciation to what God has done in his life, Elder Johnny donated two vehicles and various financial donations to assist the church in the area of their needs. He also pledged to donate a set of musical instruments and also provide protectors where it is lacking the church.
A visit to the Orphanage Home in ONNA was part of the thanksgiving. Mr Johnny to him said that it will be incomplete if God has blessed them thus far and he fails to share with the needy. According to him, this has been a motivational factor to visit those children and share with them the little he has. Various items were donated with a cash donations to the matron.
Finally, friends and family were treated to a special beach party at Ibeno where enough refreshment and everything that can make an outing worthwhile were in assorted.
