Evidently speaking, there is a spiritual conspiracy in the emergence of Pastor Umo Eno as the A’IbomPDP gubernatorial candidate for next year’s election. How he came through a rather seamless and easy primary, against threats of fire and brimstone remains a classic lesson and a reflection of what will be obtainable at the general elections.
This also gives credence to the prophecies and strong stance of the Fathers-in-faith on the choice of Pastor Eno as the God-chosen Governor for Akwa Ibom. Surely, they have had a glimpse of the future and forecast same, while the naysayers were whiling away in aimless chit-chat.
Pastor Eno, apart from being a core believer with a rich track record in successful turnkey enterprises and human development, is a good omen for Akwa Ibom – a replica of the biblical Nehemiah and Joshua.
Like the Party’s leadership rightly instituted, it’s time for all aggrieved party faithful to drop the hatchet and give chance for genuine reconciliation for the general well-being of not just the party but that of Akwa Ibom State. Pastor Umo Eno is the Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party and will go ahead to win at the polls, by God’s sufficient grace.
Let me, therefore, surmise that though he is the Governor’s preferred, there is a spiritual harmony, a hand of God in his emergence!
